games and imagination

playing and learning are often the same things,
and through games can come wonderful discoveries about oneself
or the world

teach every member simple rules

The goal of organizing isn’t to make your home pristine but rather to make your life more calm and functional. Work with the above ideas and you will end up having less clutter, a simplified home, more quality time for yourself and your family, and improved productivity.

such as
if you take it out, put it back; if you open it, close it; if you throw it down, pick it up; if you make a mess, clean it up; and so on.

easy and yet soooo simple! it will ease your pain (my dear untidy friend)

Keep baskets or tubs for toys in every room for fast pickup and play time.
For kids’ outdoor toys, purchase a weatherproof, bench-style storage box and store toys inside. Als1o, gather all outdoor balls and place into a large, mesh drawstring bag and store in garage.
Each night before bedtime, have all family members pick up clutter for 15 minutes. Make a game out of it and see who can pick up the most things in the shortest amount of time.

never tried this idea but maybe i should
Whenever you’re cleaning a room, get rid of at least five items, whether it’s a piece of trash, an old magazine, or just something you haven’t used in ages.

neither have i resorted to velcro scratch the remotes but maybe i should too :)
there are many rules for closet (i have a simple image i need to upload here)
but roughly make a choice of how many items you need and stick to it
30 hangers, 10 t shirts, 5 blouses 10 pants etc....

or if you were to buy it right now, would you ??? if the answer's no toss it!
or if you buy a new piece of clothing through one when you're back (some say if you really need to de-clutter, throw two back home)

Oh brilliantness of brilliantness, fold your bedsheets and tuck them into on of the pillowcases (that goes with it) then no brainer when you got to make your bed it's all there according to taste :p

nice thought of having a crap basket (for each member) every time you found something out of place belonging to someone put it in the basket then they're responsible for putting in its place (in their room)...at the end of the day/week/ whatever
if it is still there off it goes
